How does the home inspection process work?

For the buyer, it is my goal that you not only understand every item being described in the property inspection report but I will provide comments and suggestions for maintenance as a courtesy. Building a new home? Have it inspected!

For sellers, I will provide a complete property inspection report, generally referred to as a pre-listing inspection, that gives added peace of mind to the buyer when they view the sellers disclosure statement. This gives the buyer a peace of mind the first time they view the property!

Anytime that you are purchasing a property, I understand that it is a HUGE investment. My computer generated report with commentary and pictures will give you invaluable information about the condition of the property. I take pride in educating you on the functions and maintenance of your home. The majority of my business is from client referrals. I work directly for YOU!
